Anouk Studio, Kulttuuriosuuskunta Raami (2061933-7) sells high-quality contemporary posters and frames for consumers and businesses. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
How to order
Products are ordered on the web shop's web site by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the shopping cart content in the cashier's service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the order will not be used for the purposes of ordering or clarifying any inaccuracies in the order. When you order an online store you are required to become acquainted with and committed to the terms of delivery in force at any time.
E-commerce payment transaction is carried out by Shopify Inc. in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL-protected, so no one outside can see your data.
Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Klarna Erämaksu.
Products will only be delivered after payment has been received.
After a successful subscription, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending a verification message requires an e-mail address when ordering.
Delivery time and costs
Products are shipped within 1-3 weeks after ordering. The products are manufactured on the basis of orders, which means that the delivery time is 1-3 weeks. We are not responsible for any delay or delay caused by indirect damage.

Exchange and Return Conditions
You have the right to change or return all or part of your order delivered within 14 days of receipt of your order at your own expense. The right to return applies only to unused and merchantable goods in the original packaging. The right to return does not apply to discounted products.
When returning the delivered order, you must send a written notice to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Include order date, product names, customer number / name and contact information, and account number for refunding your money.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not respond to your order, you must notify the parties within 14 days of the Exchange and Return Terms. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately returned to the post office.
